熱流體工程中的熱阻力、熱繞流、熱驅(qū)動和熱穩(wěn)定性,獲1994年度國家教委科技進步一等獎,1995年度國家自然科學(xué)三等獎;
基于場協(xié)同理論的傳熱強化技術(shù)及其應(yīng)用,獲2003年度教育部科技進步一等獎,2004年度國家科技進步二等獎。

近年來,作為負責(zé)人承擔(dān)國家重點基礎(chǔ)研究與發(fā)展規(guī)劃項目(973)高效節(jié)能的關(guān)鍵科學(xué)問題(G2000026300)的課題1傳遞過程強化與控制的性理論(G2000026301)、國家自然科學(xué)基金項目用分子動力學(xué)方法研究超常條件下的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和導(dǎo)熱過程和電介質(zhì)納米薄膜導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)的分子動力學(xué)模擬的研究,并作為主要骨干參加了國家自然科學(xué)基金重大項目航天技術(shù)和信息器件中的微細尺度傳熱(No. 59995550)之課題2航天技術(shù)中的特殊傳熱問題研究(No.59995550-2)的研究。
