鄭州經貿學院是一本大學，它位于河南省鄭州市，是一所以經濟為主的綜合性大學。鄭州經貿學院創(chuàng)建于1956年，前身是河南省工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學校。1997年7月，根據國家教育部批準，河南省工業(yè)職業(yè)技術學校正式更名為鄭州經貿學院。2001年3月，鄭州經貿學院成功通過教育部“211工程”立項考核，2002年12月通過教育部“985工程”立項考核。2003年9月，鄭州經貿學院成功申報國家“2011計劃”重點建設大學。

鄭州經貿學院目前有21個本科專業(yè)、14個專科專業(yè)、1個中外合作辦學項目和1個獨立學院。其中，21個本科專業(yè)分布在4個學院：外國語學院、信息工程學院、會計金融學院和旅游文化產業(yè)學院。14個?？茖I(yè)分布在2所獨立的二級學院：海外教育交流中心和旅游文化產業(yè)高等職業(yè)技術學校。目前，在校生近19000人。

鄭州經貿學院的發(fā)展始于20世紀50年代初的一批杰出人物的努力。其中包括張志新、徐光啟、周恩來、胡耀邦、李兆基、李德生、王勇軍、王忠民、張志勇、張明生、張慶偉、張慶齡、張慶舟和他們的同事們。這批人物不僅是當時的杰出人物，也是我們今天的奠基人。他們創(chuàng)立了我們的大學，奠定了我們的發(fā)展方向。

在過去的60多年里，我們一直堅守“四化”發(fā)展方向：即教育方向化、人才方向化、優(yōu)勢特色化和國內外合作化。迄今，我們已取得顯著成就。

在教育方向上，我們始終致力于培養(yǎng)能夠適應國內外市場變化的應用型人才。目前，我們共有21門本科課程和14門專門課程供選修。此外，我們還開發(fā)了一門獨立課程——旅游文化產業(yè)高等聯合課程(TCC)——供大三年級(2013-2014)旅游文化產業(yè)高中生選修。該課程旨在幫助旅游文化產業(yè)高中生適應大學生活，并使其能夠在將來就讀旅游文化產業(yè)高校(如海南大學)就讀時更好地適應大三年級(2014-2015)旅游文化產業(yè)高中生選修課的要求。

在人才方向上,成立了海外教育交流中心,并開始對外留學生的招生,目前,海外留學生來自40余個國家和地區(qū),其中美國、英國、加拿大、澳大利亞、韓國、日本、新西蘭等國家和地區(qū)的留學生達到近百人。我們還與英國諾丁漢大學合作辦學，目前已有近200名學生參加了這一項目。

ThedevelopmentofZUE&Tbeganwithagroupofoutstandingpeople’seffortsinearly1950sincludingZhangZhixin,XuGuangqi,ZhouEnlai,HuYaobang,LiZhaojie,LiDesheng,WangYongjun,WangZhongmin,ZhangZhiyong,ZhangMingsheng,ZhangQingwei,ZhangQingling,ZhangQingzhouandtheircolleagues.Theywerenotonlyoutstandingpeopleatthattimebutalsoourfounderstoday.Theyestablishedouruniversityandlaidasolidfoundationforourdevelopmentdirection.
