科研業(yè)績

李永渝教授長期從事病理生理學的教學與消化病理生理學的科研工作,主要研究成果有: 胃腸復原湯對腹部術后腸麻痹的影響———臨床及基礎研究獲1986年北京市科技成果三等獎; 急腹癥時消化系統(tǒng)相關病理學和中藥影響的實驗研究獲1995年貴州省科技進步獎三等獎; 胃泌素、生長抑素等胃腸肽的分泌及調節(jié)和影響機制的研究獲1997年貴州省科技進步獎四等獎; 藿香等具CCB作用的中藥對胃腸運動及分泌功能的影響獲1999年貴州省科技進步獎三等獎;急性胰腺炎時細胞內鈣變化與胰腺損傷的關系及某些CCB中藥的實驗治療研究獲貴州省2005年科技進步二等獎,等8項獎項。主持國家自然科學基金資助課題重型胰腺炎危重演變中腺泡鈣超載的作用及機制探討、急性胰腺炎合并SIRS的機制、 伴侶因子60在急性胰腺炎胰酶胞內 激活機制中的作用研究 以及衛(wèi)生部課題急腹癥時消化系統(tǒng)相關病理學等課題的研究。
李永渝教授已出版的著作有 《實用消化系統(tǒng)病理生理學》,《病理生理學》、《疾病探究》等; 在國內外雜志發(fā)表科研論文100余篇,主要論文有: Role of endogenous bombesin-Peptides during vagal stimulation of gastrie acid secretion in the rat（Neuropeptides）；Role of vagal fibers ang bombesin/gastrin-releasing peptide-neurons in distenting-induced gastrin release in rats（Regulatory Peptides）； expression differences in mitochondrial and secretory chaperonin 60(Cpn60) in pancreatic acinar cells（Cell Stress and Chaperones）； expression of Cyclin-dependent kinase subunit 1 (Cks1) is regulated during the cell cycle by a CDE/CHR tandem element and is downregulated by p53 but not by p63 or p73（Cell Cycle）；Intervention of pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate and tetrandrine on cellular calcium overload of pancreatic acinar cells induced by serum and ascitic fluid from rats with acute pancreatitis（Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology）；Regulation of HSP60 and the role of MK2 in a new model of severe experimental pancreatitis（Am J Physiol Gastrointest Liver Physiol）；Involvement of cannabinoid-1 and cannabinoid-2 receptors in septic ileus（Neurogastroenterol Motil）等等。
