雅思聽力和雅思閱讀都會出現(xiàn)的并列考點

并列結(jié)構(gòu)這個考點雖小但意義非凡，首先我們來回想一下表示并列結(jié)構(gòu)的詞或短語有哪些，最為常見的有and, also, or, as well as, not only…but also等。那應(yīng)用到雅思考題里，并列考點會如何出題，我們來看以下幾個例子。

雅思閱讀 - 并列考點

例題1：

The territory of Nunavut consists of little more than ice, rock and a few____. C6T1P3

原文：Nunavut is 1.9 million square kilometers of rock and ice, and a handful of islands around the North Pole. 這道題我們讀題時可以看出來是個并列考點題，根據(jù)已知信息ice, rock去原文對應(yīng)到相關(guān)句子，然后得出另一個并列信息點islands，所以這題答案為islands。

例題2：

Positive results could be produced by factors such as _____ or ______. C8T1P3

原文：There were many other ways of getting positive results. These ranged from "sensory leakage" - where clues about the pictures accidentally reach the receiver - to outright fraud.

這題屬于高難度并列點考題，首先題目出現(xiàn)A or B的并列結(jié)構(gòu)，我們根據(jù)positive results先定位到相關(guān)句子，原文有個隱藏結(jié)構(gòu)range from A to B(范圍從A到B)，中間破折號是在解釋前面引號里的詞，那么我們就可以得出答案是sensory leakage和outright fraud。

雅思聽力 - 并列考點

例題1：Where does Circus Romano perform? (C4T3S2)

A.in a theatre

原文：The first is the Circus Romano from Italy. As this is a travelling circus, it follows a long tradition by performing in a marquee - which is really like a canvas portable building, usually put up in a green space or car park, rather than in a theatre or stadium.

這題根據(jù)題干信號詞Circus Romano定位到相應(yīng)句子，正向聽答案我們能聽到一個答案詞marquee（大帳篷），但是這個詞大多數(shù)同學(xué)都是不認(rèn)識的，這時候并列關(guān)系就要起大作用了，我們往后會聽到theatre和stadium由rather than引出，聽力單選題中有兩個選項同時提到可以并列排除，所以此題答案為B。

例題2：The Semira Region has a long tradition of (C7T3S2)

A.making carpets

B.weaving blankets

C.carving wood

原文：The area has been famous for centuries for making beautiful carpets, although recently there has been a trend to move into weaving blankets and wood carving.

這題同樣地making carpets單獨出現(xiàn)，后面weaving blankets和wood carving并列出現(xiàn)，可以打包排除，得出答案為A。
