如何申請日本千葉大學

A Masters Course
Applicants who have graduated or expect to graduate from a university in March 2014 (refers to university as stipulated in Article 83 of the School Education Act (1947 Law No. 26. The same applies hereafter)
Applicants who hold or expect to hold Bachelors Degree as stipulated by the School Education Act, Article 104, Clause 4 by March 2014
Applicants who have completed or expect to complete a 16-year course of study overseas by March 2014
Applicants who have completed or expect to complete a 16-year course of study given by an overseas school through correspondence study in Japan by March 2014
Applicants who hold overseas university education certification (the applicant must have completed the 16-year course of study in said overseas country) and have completed or expect to complete the designated course specified by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in the said course of study by March 2014
Applicants who have completed the specialized course designated by Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in a special training school (course must be 4 years or longer and fulfill the criteria set forth by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology) after the date designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports Science and Technology
Applicants designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (1953 The Ministry of Education, Science, Sports and Culture, Notification No. 5)
Applicants entering graduate school under the School Education Act, Article 102, Clause 2 and recognized as possessing adequate academic ability to receive education in the Universitys graduate school program
Applicants fulfilling one of the points below by March 2014 and recognized as acquiring the units required by the graduate school with outstanding grades
Studied in university for 3 years or longer
Completed 15-year course of study in a school education system overseas
Completed 15-year course of study in a school education system overseas through correspondence course in Japan
Completed a course of study in overseas university education institutes in Japan (the applicant must have completed the 15-year course of study in said overseas school) and be designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology
Applicants who have graduated or completed junior college, technical school or other educational institutions related to nursing, and who are recognized by Chiba University Graduate School as having scholastics ability equivalent to a university graduate or higher with the scholastic achievement test and who will have reached twenty-two years of age by March 2014

A碩士課程：
- 已經(jīng)大學畢業(yè)，或者在2014年3月份之前將會大學畢業(yè)(指學校教育法第83條指定大學(1947法案第26號，這同樣適用于后文));
- 在2014年3月份之前，獲得或者將會獲得學校教育法中第104條第4條規(guī)定下的學士學位;
- 在2014年3月份之前，已經(jīng)完成或者將要完成16年的海外學習課程;
- 在2014年3月份之前，通過在日本的相應學習，完成或者將要完成海外學校提供的16年制學習;
- 獲得海外大學教育證書(申請者必須是在指定海外國家完成了16年的課程學習)，并且在2014年3月份之前，已經(jīng)完成或者將要完成日本教育、文化、體育、科學和技術部門特別指定的課程;
- 在日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門規(guī)定日期之后，在專門訓練學校(課程學期時間必須是4年或者更長時間，并且必須滿足日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門單獨設立的標準)完成日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門指定特殊課程學習;
- 日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門指定的申請者;
- 在學校教育法第102章第二條下進入研究生學院的申請者，并且經(jīng)過評估，被認為是具備接受大學的研究生學院專業(yè)學習的足夠的學術能力;
- 在2014年3月份之前，滿足以下其中一條，并且公認為獲得了研究生學院所需學習單元，且成績優(yōu)秀：
在大學學習3年或者更長時間;
在海外學校教育系統(tǒng)下完成15年的課程學習;
通過在日本的相應課程學習，完成了海外學校教育系統(tǒng)下完成15年的課程學習;
在位于日本的海外大學教育機構完成了課程學習(申請者必須在所述海外學校完成15年的課程學習)，并且屬于日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門指定的申請者。
已經(jīng)?？?、技術院校、或者有關護理學的其他教育學校畢業(yè)或者完成學習的申請者，以及通過學業(yè)成就測驗，獲得千葉大學研究生學院認可，具備同等或者更高大學畢業(yè)生的學術能力的學生，以及在2014年3月份之前達到22歲的學生。
B Masters Program

Applicants who completed the course of study for overseas-managed university education institutes in Japan (the applicant must have completed the 15-year course of study in said overseas country) and designated by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology by March 2014 and recognized as having acquired the units required by the graduate school with outstanding grades
Applicants recognized by Chiba University Graduate School as having scholastic ability equivalent to a university graduate or higher with the individual scholastic achievement test and who will have reached twenty-two years of age by March 2014.

B碩士專業(yè)：
- 已經(jīng)大學畢業(yè)，或者在2014年3月份之前將會大學畢業(yè)(指學校教育法第83條指定大學(1947法案第26號，這同樣適用于后文));

- 在2014年之前，在一所大學已經(jīng)學習了3年或者更長時間，并且憑借優(yōu)秀的成績被認為是獲得了研究生學院要求的學習單元的學生;
- 在2014年3月份之前，在位于日本的海外管理的大學教育學校完成課程學習(申請者必須在所述海外國家中完成15年課程學習)，并且是日本教育、文化、體育、科學以及技術部門指定申請者，憑借優(yōu)秀的成績被認為是獲得了研究生學院要求的學習單元的學生;
- 通過學業(yè)成就測驗，獲得千葉大學研究生學院認可，具備同等或者更高大學畢業(yè)生的學術能力的學生，以及在2014年3月份之前達到22歲的學生。
