今天跟孩子一起閱讀了第十七篇課文《一條線》主要講的是學(xué)校為了倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生遵守秩序，開展了“一條線”活動，小豌豆在當(dāng)監(jiān)督員期間發(fā)生的一系列的事情。小豌豆在這次的“一條線”活動中認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，賞罰分明，對做的好的小朋友，她不惜拿出自己心愛的畫片作為獎勵，對于不是很協(xié)調(diào)的同學(xué)，她利用課余時間，細(xì)心地指導(dǎo)，體現(xiàn)出了強烈的責(zé)任感。
她對事情盡職盡責(zé)的態(tài)度，值得我們認(rèn)真去學(xué)習(xí)。因此在以后的日子里，我要把小豌豆當(dāng)做自己的.榜樣，把認(rèn)真的態(tài)度貫徹到自己的實際行動中去，做到在課上專心聽講，在課余做好老師布置的作業(yè)，絕對不會辜負(fù)老師和家長的殷切期望！
第十八篇課文《理發(fā)師》，讀完之后我受益匪淺，小豌豆樂于助人的精神讓我十分欽佩，雖然她并不擅長做這件事，而且給小朋友理發(fā)不是她心甘情愿的，但是為了幫助別人，她卻沒有絲毫的猶豫。另外，對于吉布媽媽的做法也有欠妥的地方，她把自己的意志強加在孩子的身上，以為是為了孩子好，結(jié)果卻適得其反。因此作為家長，應(yīng)該充分尊重孩子的意見，要多和孩子溝通，對于孩子正確的意見要積極的采納，對于孩子錯誤的做法要及時更正。經(jīng)常和孩子談心、互動，便于融入孩子的世界，解讀孩子內(nèi)心的想法，從而做出正確的引導(dǎo)。
