?　此題和2010年7月10日的考題類似：Nowadays more and more young people hold the important positions in the government. Some people think that it is a good thing，while others argue that it is not suitable. Discuss both these views and give your opinion. （討論年輕人是否適合在政府中擔任要職）
?　現在我們來具體分析下這次考題。此題問題是” to what extent do you agree or disagree”,屬于Argumentation中的“同意不同意“類型。此種類型的問題我們通常有兩種論述結構。一是部分同意，即承認題中觀點有某些合理性，同時就其不合理性進行反駁。二是完全同意或者完全反對。使用這種論述結構時主題段落部分也可以分為兩個部分，一部分陳述并論證自己的觀點，另一部分反駁對方的觀點。具體到這道題目，如果用種結構，意味著主體段落部分段承認下young people do have some advantages，二段轉折: However, this doesn’t mean that they can be better leaders.然后進一步論述年輕人無法成為導者的原因。如果采用二種論述結構，為了突出中心論點”young people can be better leaders”，可以在Body部分段大篇幅論述年輕人的種種優(yōu)點，二段反駁對方可能會有的這樣的觀點: Young people cannot be leaders in some fields such as the traditional industries.下面我們用二種論述方式來完成這篇文章：

As a leader in this competitive society, one would have to deal with multi tasks and be confronted with enormous pressure. only those younger in age can stand the consistently busy workload. Another fact is that the young, less restricted by conventions, are generally more creative, and creativity can be one of the most appreciated qualities in this age. Steve Jobs, the former CEO of Apple Inc. can be a good example here. Without his innovative mind to lead Apple, this company would by no means have dominated the world so far. In addition, the younger generation are better educated. Most of them have received education in a university, and therefore equipped with professional knowledge in a certain field. What is even more important is that they are proficient in computers, which ensures their ability to catch up with the latest technology. This also facilitates their leadership, since a leader in this age is bound to be an expert in a particular area.
